She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Hamilton; her parents, John L. McCarthy and Claire M. McCarthy-Cadorette (Hanks); and her stepfather Eugene Cadorette. She is survived by: her siblings, Erin C. McCarthy of Providence and John K. McCarthy (Diane) of Johnston; her nephew Michael K. McCarthy; and her nieces, Stephanie L. McCarthy, Amy R. West, Lauren M. Pringle and Erica Haggerty.
