She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony A. DiCarlo and Doris J. DiCarlo (Cotnoir); and her brother Raymond A. DiCarlo. She is survived by : her husband Wolfgang Neumann; her sisters, Denise A. Harrington of West Warwick, Laura R. Belanger (Dennis) of West Warwick and Judith L. Andrade (James) of West Warwick; her nieces and nephews, Ashley Andrade, Anthony Andrade, Doris Belanger, Dennis Belanger and Raymond Harrington; her great-niece Laura Rose; and her great-nephews, Carson and Bryce. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and great-niece and nephews.

“To Wolfgang and to Patty’s family and loved ones. Any opportunity I ever had to meet up with Patty was a treat. She loved her family without question and enjoyed giving generously to others.
