He was predeceased by : his parents, Patrick J. and Madeline B. McKiernan (Fenlon); and his sister Josephine D. Slater. He is survived by : his wife Besides; his children, Patrick J. McKiernan of Warren, Meghan E. McKiernan of Washington, D. C. and Kathleen M. McKiernan of San Francisco, CA.; and his brothers, Donald E. McKiernan of Cape Coral and Gary P. McKiernan of Pawtucket.
