He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Salisbury and Lillian Salisbury (Smith); and his siblings, Arthur Salisbury, David Salisbury, Sr. and Dorothy Stevenson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert "Bob" Salisbury, Pauline Weider and Audrey DiNitto. He is also survived by his extended family and numerous close friends.
