He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Leone Sr. and Celia Leone (Ferrante); and his siblings, Marie Clavin, Louise Uciferro and Nicholas Leone Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Leslie A. Ganac (Kevin), Richard P. Leone Jr. (Chanthy) and Carolyn A. Leone.
