He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Milner and Anna Marie Milner (Jalbert); and his son Adam Milner. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia A. Gallagher (Bob) and Ralph Milner (Ann); and his niece Melissa Durfee (Doug).
