He is survived by: his wife Mindy Stafford; his children, Michael O'Banion (Sheila), Marcy Cascone (John) and Stuart Licker (Alice); his grandchildren, Kimberly, Daniel (Alison) and John Robert; his great grandchildren, Wren, Oriya, Bailey, Peter, Casey, Elijah, Conor and Claire; and his brothers, Peter and Thomas.
