He is survived by: his wife Loretta Richards (Trinchera); his son Roger P. Richards, Jr. (Lindsay) of West Warwick; and his grandchildren, Natalie and Derek Richards.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home (659 E Greenwich Ave, West Warwick, RI 02893). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (301 S County Trail, Exeter, RI 02822-9712).
