Chucka of West Warwick, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Joseph Chucka. She is survived by : her mother Ernestine Chucka (Perusse) of West Warwick; her children, Kayla Chucka of West Warwick, Emily Chucka of Warwick and Michael Dussault of West Warwick; her grandchildren, Ryleigh Delorto and Jeremy Chucka; her siblings, Brenda Hart of West Warwick and Timothy Morris of West Warwick; her fiancé Edward Higham; and her grandpup Phoenix.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Theresa's name to: The Salvation Army, Attn: Alcohol and Drug Treatment, 51 Memorial Boulevard, Newport, RI 02840; or to CODAC Cranston, 1052 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910.
