She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Miceli and Paul Miceli; her daughter Cheryl Mayhew (Jon); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Lancer, Herbert Smith, Robert Smith, Richard Smith and David Dereski.

She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Dean Smith (Barbara) and Kelly Levcowich (Mitchel); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Lindsay), Ryan, Kyle Smith, Katie Mikkelsen (Andrew), Jill Alviani (Nico), Erika Levcowich, Griffin, Hunter and Samantha Mayhew; her great grandchildren, Oliver and Thea; and her siblings-in-law, Deanna Lancer, Maureen Smith, Ann Smith, Susan Latz, Una Smith and Gary Latz. She is also survived by many close friends and relatives.
