He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose Comforti and Frank "Shorty" Comforti; his son Steven; and his stepbrothers, Billy, Bobby and Red Gingerella.
He is survived by : his wife Phyllis M. Comforti (DeVoe); his children, Frank P. Comforti of Westerly and Rosemarie "Rosie" Novak (David) of Westerly; and his sister Lucille Sposato of Westerly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Immaculate Conception Church, 111 High St., Westerly, RI 02891 in Angelo's memory.
