He was predeceased by : his wife Constance "Connie" Hill (Senior); and his parents, Asael G. Hill and Mary Hill (Drew). He is survived by : his children, Alan Hill (Barrie Hill) of Charlestown, William Hill (Lani Hill) of Westerly, Debra Deibel (Richard Leonard) of The Villages, FL, Marianne Zionts (Anselmo Santos) of Chandler, AZ, Lynn Hill Whittaker (Rob Whittaker) of Westerly and Melissa Hill Busch of Westerly.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the United Congregational Church (9 Castle Hill Rd, Pawcatuck, CT 06379).
