She is also survived by seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

“Barbara attended my wedding 44 years ago. She was one of the first people I met when I moved to Westerly 45 years ago. She was always very warm and friendly toward me. She loved to go on the Senior Center van and comment about the pretty flowers and trees she would see along the way. I believe that her favorite color was yellow, so along with my condolences to her family, I will send some yellow flowers. By God's grace I look forward to seeing her again!”
