Barbara Terjesen Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2020, at the age of 80, Barbara Terjesen of Westerly, Rhode Island, born in New York, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas "Tom" Terjesen; her parents, Arthur Juers and Louise Juers (Finn); her brothers, Arthur (Gloria Juers), Robert Juers and Paul Juers; and her brother-in-law Joseph Houlihan.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Schaufler (Rudy) of Westerly and Thomas Terjesen of Canterbury, CT.; her grandchildren, Samantha, Stefanie Schaufler, Nicole, Michael Terjesen and Katelyn Minski; and her siblings, Louis Juers (Sonja) of City Island, NY and Christine Allen (Ken) of Matamoras, PA..

Seating capacity limits are at 60 in the church, social distancing guidelines and other public health directives (i. e., use of facemasks are required) will be in place. Burial will be private in the River Bend Cemetery, Beach St. Westerly.
