Carter, Nicole Carter, Stormy L. Hay, Gary A. Carter Jr. and Talon P. Amado; and her siblings, Margaret Torres Vasquez of Pomfret, CT, Jesus Torres Vasquez of Westerly, RI and Juanita Torres Ortiz of Playita Cortada, PR. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
