Collins; his daughters, Melaney L Collins of Westerly and Katie E Collins of Westerly; his grandchildren, Desiree Collins, Alana Saieta and Neko Saieta; his former wife Celeste Soares; his nephew Brian Collins; and his niece Samantha Collins.
