He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia II (Pupillo) and Charles H. Holdredge II; his children, Virginia Fabianski (David) of Pawcatuck and Brian Holdredge (Shannon) of Westerly; his grandchildren, Meghan, Hannah, Matthew Fabianski, Maddie Lewis (Andrew), Brady, Caelen and Reagan Holdredge; and his stepgrandchildren, Arianna, Kayleigh Sullivan and Jon Brutcher.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests donations be made in Charlie's memory to the Westerly Public Library.
