He was predeceased by: his wife Patty; and his parents, Sylvester McNeill and Eleanor McNeill (Rattigan). He is survived by: his family Charlie; his children, Stephen McNeill (Doreen), Larry McNeill (Julie), Tricia Barber (Michael) and Sheila McNeill (Chuck Howe); and his niece Natalie Jaye. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie's memory may be made to the Westerly Senior Center, St. Michael School, or St. Pius X Church.
