She was predeceased by: her father Antonio DiMarco; her husband Ralph Chapman; her sister Ann Marie Jakob; and her nephew Ricky Jakob. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan DeSantis (Joey) of Westerly and Dr. Deborah Chapman of Pittsburgh; her grandsons, Gregory, Dominic Campbell and Benjamin Calitri; her stepgranddaughters, Chelsea, Melanie and Heather DeSantis; her nephews, Robert (Denise), David and Cameron; and her niece Lori Jakob of Westerly.
