He is survived by: his parents, William E. Jacobson Jr. of Westerly and Michelle Jacobson (Ravenelle) of Westerly; his wife Justine Jacobson (Moffatt) of Saundra; his sons, Andrew M. Jacobson and Liam R. Jacobson; and his brother Ryan W. Jacobson.
