She was predeceased by: her husband Robert W. Hatfield; her parents, Harold Thorn and Frances Thorn; and her daughter Deborah Lindberg. She is survived by: her son Darren Lavigne (Laura) of Levant, ME; her niece Melissa Gulli; her great-niece Maria Jorgenson; her nephew Dominick Gulli (Shelly); her sister-in-law Donna Thorn; and her nieces and nephews, Bill, Jennifer Conley, Mark, Marta Zacheis, Robert, Clair Conley, Tracy, Ryan McMurphy, Lisa Freeman, Sandra Stohl, Ann Conley Segel, Cindy Rich, Douglas Abrams, Diane Ellis, Samantha Ellis, Linda Maye and Chris Gantic.
Cindy was a master seamstress in her own right and had made over 100 dresses for a charity called "Dress the Girls," sending dresses to Africa and several other third world countries.
