He is survived by: his parents, David W. Gregoire of South Dartmouth, MA and Karen L. Gregoire of Coventry, RI.; his sister Michelle M. Gregoire of Harrisville, RI; his son Hunter Gregoire Azar of Coventry, RI; and his partner Stacy Oliver of Richmond, RI.. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins.
