He is survived by: his parents, David M. Howard Jr. and Patricia S. Howard; and his siblings, Erin E. Howard (Christopher Beaudreau) of Westerly and Matthew B. Howard (Amanda) of East Providence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
