He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Minnich, and David L. Minnich, Jr. of Florida; his wife Kristin Minnich (DiMaggio) of Westerly; his sons, David L., IV and Clayton M (Sierra Bloom); his siblings, Jason of Florida and Rana Hamelin; his grandchildren, Quinn and Orlando; and his parents-in-law, Peter DiMaggio and Lauren Page. He is also survived by his cat that he secretly loved, Goliath and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Westerly Pee Wee Football league in Dave's memory.
