Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Donna for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Holly; her mother Mary; her grandson Christian Kosztala; and her sister Linda Klepach. She is survived by: her daughter Bethany Holly-Kosztala (Edward); her siblings, Joseph Janes, Jr. (Deborah) and Patricia Brewer (Cris); and her grandson Seth Kosztala. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home (59 Spruce St, Westerly, RI 02891). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Michael Church (60 Liberty St, Pawcatuck, CT 06379).
