Dorothy M. Travers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Travers (Westerly, Rhode Island), born in Stonington, Connecticut, who passed away on April 16, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel J. Travers; her parents, Louis Starr and Gertrude Starr; and her brothers, Abraham Starr and Louis Starr.

She is survived by: her daughters, Maureen Mello (Tony) of Pawcatuck and Theresa Hoffman (Skip) of Westerly; her grandchildren, Tammy Tinnerello (Joey), Karen Itteilag and Stephen Roy (Samantha); and her great grandchildren, Brooke, Sal, Bianca, Lydia, Elle and Weston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to a charity of the donor's choice, in Dorothy's memory.
