He is survived by: his wife Peggy Allen (Harrington) of Raymond Street; and his children, Scott Allen of Westerly, Michele Moore (Brian) of Westerly and Todd Allen (Joy) of Westerly. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
