She is survived by: her husband Lawrence A. Jacoinski, Sr.; her children, Michael Macione (Laurie) and Lori McGrath; her stepson Larry Jacoinski (Rebecca); her grandsons, Keith, Zachary, Alex and Michael; and her siblings, Mary Patton, Ann Smith, Paul Leone and Kathy Wood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
