He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Murano (Gaccione); his parents, Luigi Murano and Mary Murano; his siblings, Angelo Murano, Phil Murano, Theresa Murano, Sue Chiaradio, Minnie Boeniger, Rose Cidale and Ann Murano; and his daughter Marie Rae Murano.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Betty" A. Gueltzow (James) of Westerly and Louis R. Murano of Port Charlotte, FL.. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
