He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Brown and Phyllis Brown. He is survived by: his close friend Kim; and his sisters, Gwendolyn J. Brown, Jacquelyn L. Williams and Carolyn L. Mazza. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and Kim's family members.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Gaffney-Dolan Funeral Home (59 Spruce St, Westerly, RI 02891).
