He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick H. Perkins and Jennie M. Perkins; and his sister Janice DeFord. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor M. Lacasse; his children, Frederick E. Perkins (Rosario) of West Hartford, Maureen J. Benway of Uncasville, Brian M. Perkins (Susan) of Hampstead, MD, Kevin A. Perkins (Cindy) of Uncasville and Kathleen A. Malloy (James) of Mystic; and his grandchildren, Shawn, Timothy, Brendan, Eileen, Stephanie, Lydia, Mariah, Jennifer, Jaclyn, Zachary, Sarah, Mary Katherine, Christopher, Andrew and Mary Margaret. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Fred's memory to St. Michael Church or St. Michael School, 60 Liberty Street, Pawcatuck, CT 06379.
