He was predeceased by: his parents, Fuk Wing and Mok Chan; and his brother Sing Yen Chan. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Chan of Chord Street; his children, Do W. Chan, MD (Julie) of Wellesley, MA, Lisa Benlail (Khalid) of Revere, MA and Danny Chan (Melanie) of North Kingstown; and his sisters, Ying Yi Chen of Staten Island, NY and Ceu Gee Dea (Seuy Fong Dea) of San Francisco, CA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six nieces and nephews.
