He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Glaze and Harry Glaze. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Munzer; his brothers, Harry and James Glaze; his stepdaughter Christina Munzer; his son-in-law Grant Milthorpe; his grandsons, Rhys and Ciaran; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Glaze, Michael Tacchella, Amy Glaze Hedayatpour, Kim Tacchella Hapner and Laurie Tacchella.
