He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon A. Jacquette and Frances M. Jacquette (McQuade); his brother F. Lee Jacquette; and his wife Carole A. Jacquette (Reder). He is survived by: his cousins, Dr. Germaine Jacquette, Arlene Jacquette, Yvonne Burckhardt (Jacquette), Bob Jacquette and Jim H. Jacquette; his close friend Donna Sanfacon; and his son-in-law Uriel Rivera.
