He is survived by: his parents, Donald Octeau and Jeanne Cecille Octeau of Johnston; his wife Jennifer Johnson-Octeau; his son Jay Christopher; his daughter-in-law Theresa; his children, Jeremy and Jillian; his grandchildren, Amelia and Ronan; and his siblings, Philip (Donna Octeau), Melanie (Douglas Lewis), Michael (Wendy Octeau), Stephen (Ann Octeau) and Melissa (Gregory Moore). He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 2 grand nieces.
