He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Bushell and John Bushell of Wareham Massachusetts; his siblings, Donald Bushell and Joan Hubner; and his grandson Kenny.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Paula Willis of Westerly; his children, Jack Jr., Gregory, Sharon and Bonnie; his siblings, Alfred Bartkiewicz (Barbara) and Ruth Ann McCann of Irvington, NY.; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kelly, Alexandra, Shannon, Alissa, Cooper and Bella. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
