John Main Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of John Main (Westerly, Rhode Island). John, born on July 7, 1938, passed away on October 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Main, Sr. and Susan Main; his brothers, Kurt, Charles Jr., Warren, Robert, Richard, Barry and Gilbert Main; his parents-in-law, Umile and Annunziata Lupinacci; and his brother-in-law Angelo Marchese.
He is survived by: his wife Adelina Main (Lupinacci); his children, Darren Main, Jennifer Holdridge (Alden) and Jason Main (Leigh A. Reposa); his grandchildren, Zoe, Haley, Jaden, Wyatt and Preston; his brother Alan Main; and his siblings-in-law, Bombinla Marchese, Annunziato Lupinacci (Assunta), Francesco Lupinacci (Ida) and Angelo Lupinacci (Mirella). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Buckler-Johnson Funeral Home (121 Main St, Westerly, RI 02891). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
