Joseph D. LaPolla Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph D. LaPolla in Westerly, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph D. LaPolla to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly LaPolla (Ferri); his parents, Daniel LaPolla and Edith LaPolla (Graziano); his daughter Jo-Ann LaPolla Ragosta; and his brother Michael LaPolla.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Villucci (Louis) of Westerly and Daniel LaPolla; his grandsons, Dominic, Daniel Ragosta, Joseph and Steven Villucci; and his sister Geraldine Hamilton. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Apostles Church (800 Pippin Orchard Rd, Cranston, RI 02921).
