Though Kailey may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Herbert Jr. and Lauren Bettencourt; her siblings, Francis Herbert III (Kayla) and Tessie Manfredi (Tim) of Westerly; and her nephew Landon Herbert. She was also cherished by grandparents, as well as multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins.
