She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Howard and Dolores Howard. She is survived by: her husband William A. Startz of Garden St; her son Timothy A. Startz (Kaire) of Griswold, CT; her siblings, Byron Howard of Pawcatuck and Patricia Schilling of Pawcatuck; her grandchildren, Finley, Colin and Mason; and her pet Brownie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
