He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Devine and Emma Devine; and his son Kenneth Devine, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Devine (Franco) of Westerly; and his children, Cathy Moore (George), Brian Devine (Mary), Kevin Devine (Denise) and Greg Devine (Jacqueline). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
