It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Makyal Thomas of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 18, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter N. Thomas, Jr.; and her parents, Tomeh Salowm and Nayouph Salowm. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Robert E. Thomas of Westerly and Debbie Irwin of Hope Valley. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; and several extended family.
