She is survived by: her children, Kevin P. Higgins of Manhattan Beach, CA, Mary Ellen Higgins of Melbourne Beach, FL, Kathleen M. Higgins of Pawcatuck, CT., Laura A. Beverly (Eric) of Pawcatuck, CT. and Rebekah J. West (Larry) of Pawcatuck, CT.; her grandchildren, Paul, Daniel, Bailey, Will, Connor, Briana, Evan and Reagan; her great grandchild Payton; and her brother Charles W. Shea (Joan) of Pawcatuck.
