Way of Westerly, Rhode Island, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 24, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Blackwood and Marie C. Blackwood (Negri); and her husband Edward C. Way. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley M. Barker, Jacob E. Pont of Pawcatuck, CT and Michael Letendre of Texas; her great grandchild Cosmo Letendre; her brother James E. Blackwood, Jr.; her nephew James E. Blackwood (Jami F. Blackwood); and her niece Marie N. Blackwood (Jeri F. Blackwood) of Rhode Island.
