She was predeceased by: her spouse Pat Tenuta; her parents, Giuseppe Groccia and Marianna Groccia; and her siblings, Josephine DeBartolo of Westerly, RI., Giulia Gaccione of Westerly, RI. and Luigi of Acri, Italy..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Julia Christenbury (Parks) of Barrington, NH, Lucia Tenuta of Kittery, ME, Joseph Pasquale Tenuta of Dover, NH, Laura Parker (Carson) of Belmont, NC, Christina Coleman (Patrick) of Voluntown, CT and Bethany Gencarella of Warwick, RI.; and her great grandchildren, Rowan and Maeve. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to St. Pius X Church, 45 Elm Street, Westerly, RI.
