It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie A. Palumbo of Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 2, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Moroso and Salvatore "Tutti" Moroso; her husband Joseph Palumbo; and her brothers, Anthony Moroso and Leo Moroso, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Korineck (Joseph) of East Lyme, CT, Diane York (Alfred) of Westerly and JoAnn Palumbo; her grandchildren, Joseph York (Monica), Stephanie York, Patrick Hunter (Ashley), Lesley Hunter and Rachel Logan (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Noah Hunter, Finn, Fiona Singleton and Keira Logan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Knights of Columbus Scholarship Fund, PO Box 227, Westerly, RI 02891, in Marie's memory.
