He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Brown and Luminoso Cabigting; and his daughter Tamiko Ceferina Cabigting. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie M. Gingerella-Cabigting; and his children, Kathrynn Noel Burns (William E. Burns), Robin Frances Heineman Brayson (Michael Brayson), Tabitha Trina Cabigting Lee (John C. Lee) and Tina L. Cabigting. He is also survived by wife, 7 children, 24 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, sisters and brother.
