She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald I. Burton, Sr.; her parents, William Crandall and Hazel Crandall (Champlin); her son Ronald I. Burton, Jr.; and her brother William Crandall.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Perkins of Griswold, CT and Richard Burton of Ashaway, RI; her grandchildren, Eric, Shane Perkins, Zachary Campbell, Emily, Amy Burton and Nicholas Burton; and her brother Terry Crandall of Florida.
In honor of Mary's love for animals, memorial donations can be made in her name to "Friends of the Westerly Animal Shelter", 33 Larry Hirsch Ln, Westerly, RI 02891.
