It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Turner (Westerly, Rhode Island), who passed away on August 22, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Turner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Turner, Sr.; her parents, Antonio Lidestri and Rosario Lidestri; her daughter Cheryl Main (Turner); and her siblings, Joseph Lidestri Sr. (Dorothy), Rose Gomes (Antonio) and Antoinette Johnston.
She is survived by: her son John W. Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Jack (John W. Turner III), Jillian Hoadley (Jason) and Anne Cappiello (Rod); her great grandchildren, Rocco, Ally Hoadley, Bennett and Rose Cappiello; and her brother-in-law Gary Johnston Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the Family requests that donations be made to the St. Michael Church Capitol Fund.
