She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vincenzo and Rosaria Servidio; her husband George E. "Bud" West, Sr.; and her siblings, Angelina Woodard, Ann Consorte, Camille Panciera Visgilio, Rita Myllymaki, Sam Servidio, Josephine Conklin, Irene Nadolny, Eugene Servidio and Mario Servidio.
She is survived by: her children, Donna West Smith (Brian), George E. West, Jr. (Colleen), Susan M. West and Matthew T. West (Margie); her sister Lillian Uzzi of Westerly; and her siblings-in-law, Harold W. West of Hope Valley, Donald E. West of Westerly, Maria West of Westerly and Lisa West of Westerly. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, 111 High Street, Westerly, RI 02891 in memory of Mary.
